Bequest has been managing funds & other investments since 2014.
The minimum investment for the Bequest Bond is $20,000. You may make higher increments above $20,000 at any time. You may also make incremental deposits at $20,000 each or above.
The Bequest Bond is a Regulation A fund that is available to both accredited as well as non-accredited investors.
You may submit your investment using a credit card, wire, and ACH. Please note that there are different clearing times associated with each payment type. If you choose to pay via credit card, please verify that your investment amount is within your credit card limit and that your credit card company allows the purchase of securities.
No, once your invested capital starts to earn interest for your P&I disbursements you can only start a new fast-burn investment. Log into the broker dealer platform where you can see your current investment https://bequestbonds1inc.tribexa.com/ , then click “Deal Room” on the right side. You now can click “Invest Now” to initiate a new fast-burn investment.
Individuals over 18 years of age can invest.
Once your investment is finalized, you can sign into you Industry FT client log in to view your Funds there. Please note, that it can take 30-45 days for your Bonds to be reflected in the app after the investment has been finalized
Payments are made on a fixed monthly cycle. To receive your first payment, your investment must be allocatedmeaning fully funded and cleared through compliance by the last business day of the month, which is our monthly closing date. Allocation requires funds to clear (typically within two business days via ACH) and completion of regulatory compliance checks (AML/KYC) by our broker-dealer.
Once your investment is allocated by month-end, interest begins accruing on the first calendar day of the following month. Your first payment, which includes both principal and interest, will be disbursed on the first day of the nextmonth.
Example:
If your investment is allocated by March 31st, interest begins accruing April 1st, and your first payment will be made on May 1st.
The Bequest Bond is a specific private bond that pays out monthly principle & interest payments over a 5-year timeframe. It does not offer a compounding option. If you are interested in an interest only investment opportunity, please contact our Investor Relations team by clicking HERE.
Yes, you can complete your order and fund at a later date. To do this, you will need to select the “Wire” options in the “Banking” section of your Investment Process. However, if you would prefer to send funds via ACH, you cannot fund at a later date. Funding though an ACH will immediately fulfil your order, so be sure to have your funds in the right place before you proceed with your banking/ACH information.
You may cancel your investment at any time, for any reason until 48 hours prior to a closing occurring. If you have already funded your investment, your funds will be promptly refunded to you upon cancellation. To submit a request to cancel your investment, please email bequestsupport@industryft.com
